For this family session, we explored the San Juan Capistrano historic district, moving between little pockets of open greenery, quiet pathways, historic architecture and a beautiful butterfly garden tucked into the area.
These are always my favorite kinds of family sessions, the ones that feel less like a formal photo shoot and more like an afternoon spent together. Giving families room to move and interact naturally creates photographs that feel relaxed, connected, and true to who they are, while still creating the light, airy and film-inspired imagery my work is known for.
