All these soft dreamy natural earthy tones are what dreams are made of . I love a family who loves a neutral pallet as much as me , it truly makes for some beautiful light and airy imagery. The Olsen family was the sweetest to photograph as they snuggled up their firstborn baby girl . I love my job more than words- getting to capture these milestones for clients is such a privilege that I will never take for granted.

Being an Orange County Family Photographer is such a dream job you guys! Especially when you get to snuggle sweet little babies like this munchkin! She was full of smiles and don't even get me started on those big bright blue eyes! I love these open brown field family sessions because they are so different from the usual scenery we see and make for some really gorgeous scenic shots. The Lowe's family session is definitely going down as a favorite!

It’s always a little nerve wracking photographing another photographer, but I felt so honored when this mamma photog asked me to capture her gorgeous family while on vacation here visiting California. This Huntington Beach Family session was as light & airy as it gets and that's always a favorite of mine. I love how cloudy days offer us that soft diffused light resulting in clean modern family photos. Also, when clients are THIS stylish- it's just the icing on the cake. This mammas neutral pallet wardrobe was to die for and helped create some really dreamy shots of her family!

This has to be hands down one of my favorite ever in-home family sessions! If you don’t know already, in-home sessions are my JAM guys! 

The Moore Family recently moved into their new dream home in Cardiff By The Sea. Their is sonething undeniable about an in-home lifestyle session is the overwhelming comfort of home. In this home, kids will grow, love will grow, memories will grow. It doesn’t get much better than witnessing the raw, natural connection that happens between the loved ones under this roof. Watching mom & baby snuggle and the joy of truly playing together without the pressure to document it all perfectly is really where its at!

This family right here though- The Moore Family - they are the warmest and kindest people you could ask to spend your morning with and I am so grateful that I get to call them my friends!

Loved photographing this sweet little family here visiting from Atlanta! Shooting at Little Corona Beach is always a favorite of mine  , nothing beats those cliff views, rocky areas and gorgeous sunsets! Despite the high tide this evening, we were still able to catch some great shots playing along shore, cuddling and strolling the beach! While I love all the candid interaction shots most, I  do still try to snag at least one good image of everyone looking-into-the-camera ...Here are just a handful of my favorites from this Little Corona Beach Family Session!

You know you truly have the best job when you get to cuddle newborns everyday! I feel so grateful when clients welcome me into their homes, the space where love grows, to document important milestones for them! These moments can be so fleeting , don’t we wish we could just press pause on time sometimes?

For this in-home session, we kept it classic & simple , really focusing on the details of baby Evan, the bond between them all while leaving out any possible distractions in the background. For newborn sessions I feel its important to have a clean space, free of clutter with lots of open light in a room and of course lots of love ;) I truly aim to capture those timeless moments that you will cherish for a lifetime!

Being an Orange County Family Photographer is a dream guys! Their is seriously nothing I was more destined to do . I love capturing these first moments for families and everyday I am so grateful that you choose me to document it for you! Their is such an over-abundance of joy when a baby arrives , it's always important for me to help you to remember these precious (and sleep depriving ;) moments that can be so fleeting! When a family invites me into their home, I aim to capture that effortless raw everyday beauty . I love to step back and ask parents to just stare at their little munchkins features, let the baby move, yawn, and stretch.  Babies have wonderful, perfect, sweet movements, so I do not stress over having the perfect pose in every frame. If theirs an older sibling in the session, tickling is a must! Play airplane with them, let them include their favorite toy, talk with them about their little sibling, whether it be "Can you find your sisters nose?" or "Lets give love to the baby!"  Remember, lifestyle photography is about capturing moments, not poses. That’s pretty much the best part – you don’t have to stress about making everything perfect – you just want to get your newborn an griwing family on camera, so you have photos to remember them by.
