Not too long ago, I was capturing The Roach family right as they welcomed their third little guy into the family, now look at him a few months later full of that adorable luscious baby chub! I’ve had the honor of photographing the Calhoun family since Jennifer was pregnant with Knox. Now they are expecting their baby girl, Lennox , any day now and I get to be a part of witnessing their beautiful family grow. I always feel so incredibly honored when a family chooses me to capture their family as it grows because it feels like I am a part of the journey with them .

This family though, let me tell you- they are some of the kindest most humble people you’ll ever meet. Jennifer is a gem, always glowing as a mamma to Knox and as a wife. You can feel her love for that sweet boy of theirs and it’s so deep and beautiful, makes me never want to put my camera away. Not to mention, each time we get together for a session, it feels like Jen and I are long time friends catching up, we laugh a ton and just have fun during her session.

This Newport Beach maternity session was a dream, not only because of the sweet overcast day we lucked out with , but because this family is the sweetest to capture . Can’t wait to meet their baby girl soon!
